China’s GB 2760-2024 Standard Officially Implemented, Our Company Completes Full-process Compliance Upgrade of Products

The new version of National Food Safety Standard – Standard for Uses of Food Additives (GB 2760-2024) has been officially and fully implemented recently. The new standard further expands the application scope of natural and bio-based food emulsifiers such as soybean lecithin, sucrose ester and enzymatic monoglycerides, strictly regulates the addition limits of emulsifier products in infant food, snack foods and other categories, and strengthens the requirements for raw material traceability and production process quality control of food additives, vigorously promoting the upgrading of domestic food additive industry towards green, compliant and high-quality development.
